- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoon salted butter melted
Preheat griddle or pan to 375 degrees.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Pour milk then butter into flour mixture. Stir briefly.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour 1/4 cup batter on griddle/pan. Cook until bubbles begin to pop on top, about 2 minutes.
Flip and continue to cook another 2 minutes until golden brown.
