Instructions
Preheat large non-stick pan on medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, seasonings, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, cornflakes, and egg.
Divide mixture into 6 and form patties.
Coat each patty with 2 tsp parmesan cheese.
Pour 2 tbsp olive oil in preheated pan.
Carefully place patties in pan and cook on medium heat for about 4- 5 mins.
Flip patties and continue cooking for another 4- 5 mins until heated through.
Serve with additional sauce. Enjoy!
