Balsamic Soy Chicken
Slightly sweet teriyaki-esque chicken. Makes a quick and easy dinner with some veggies and rice.

Ingredients

chicken breast
diced

cup
balsamic vinegar

tbsp
soy sauce
reduced sodium
1/8
cup
brown sugar
packed

cloves
garlic
minced
1/2
tsp
ground ginger
1/4
tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
less or more to taste
Instructions
Preheat pan on medium heat.
Whisk all ingredients (besides chicken) until combined. Stir in chicken.
Pour into preheated pan and cooked covered for 5 minutes.
Uncover, stir and cook uncovered another 5 - 10 minutes until chicken's internal temperature is 165 degrees and sauce has thickened.
